• Apartment prices are per night for 2 people, with a minimum stay of 3 nights in low season or 7 nights in high season.
• Shorter stays are possible on request.
• Each additional person pays 20 € per night. 
• We would like to point out that cash payments up to 1.999.00 € are possible on site. We are also happy to accept an advance bank transfer.

• The local tax for guests over 14 years of age is € 1.75 per person/night and is to be paid on site.

• The booking confirmation will be sent as soon as the amount of 200.00 € has been transferred as a deposit.
• We charge a pet supplement of €20 per night.

• 0 to 2,99 years: free of charge
• 3 to 13,99 years: 15 € per night
• From 14 years: 20 € per night
• Children's equipment (high chair, cot) is available on request.

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, the following cancellation conditions are granted:

• up to 2 weeks before departure: free of charge
• from 2 weeks to 4 days and in case of early departure: 70% of the agreed price per apartment
• up to 3 nights before arrival: 100% of the agreed price per apartment

The cancellation conditions are independent of whether the flats are partially or fully sublet.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

• On the day of arrival, the chalets are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m.

• On the day of departure, the chalets must be left by 10 a.m.
